On the previous turn, I DOW'd Iraq as the British and moved the WDF into it's territory but was unable to reach the capitol. On the next turn, I was surprised to see 4 German Air Units. My Bomber took losses but the WDF defeated the Iraq unit and took the capital. Iraq fell to British. On the next turn 3 of the 4 German Air Units were still there. This is an AI game.
My question is... how did the axis air units get to Iraq in a turn? They could not have flown there in 1 turn, nor could they have loaded onto transports and went around the African coast? Is this a bug (I would hope) and not WAD? Where did the single air unit go the turn after? I've included a screenshot.

This is a screenshot of the next turn. What happens to the Axis air units? Do I have to try overrunning them? How do they get to/from Iraq from Germany?

I assume this is the A.I. I have to make some adjustments in how they use air power because they can't think like a player. This is one of the problems.

But you gave me an idea of how to handle it now looking at it again.

It was an AI game. I had just downloaded the new beta 8U5 with the North Africa Campaign and started an AI 1939 scenario.
How do you move from one thread to another (or do you just do the upload again)?
