Stupid question. When Soviet experience is at 42% and you build an unit, let's say an infantry army.
This army will arrive in several turns.

Once it is arriving, will it have the current Soviet experience hopefully better than 42% or 42%?

Thanks, I will attack and attack until it gets to 50% replacing its losses then.

An elegant design imho

I think I got it now. Another PBEM and this time I have reached 46% beginning of 1942.
The key is to counter attack wherever possible during the invasion.

You should be making attacks during the winter or whenever possible with good odds.
