[1.04b11] Update Formation Type Overview

Remove the echelon from the counters and name of the OOB's in the Formation Type Overview.
Per the image, the counters and the name specify only one of the three possible echelons for the OOB type.
Examples:
Change "Light Infantry Corps" to simply and more accurately, "Light Infantry".
Change "Independent Infantry Regiment" to simply and more accurately, "Independent Infantry".
