[1.04b11] Add Changes in Leader Stats to History Report

Per the image, recommend that changes in leader statistics be tracked and recorded on the individual leader's history report.
For example, a change to the leader's relation score. In this example, the player was able relieve the leader from command of the 1st SHQ and then assign to Director using the least PP possible. The leader went from 66 relation, to 1 relation, and then up to 100 relation.
One report line or tooltip might read, "Relation score reduced by 65 points, from 66 to 1, due to relief."
Another report line or tooltip might read, "Relation score improved by 99 points, from 1 to 100, due to assignment."
This could be reported as tooltip information when inspecting the events. This interface technique is used in other such tabular reports in the game--like the useful "Decision and Stratagem Archive" report.
