supply - how is Japan supplied in this photo?

I can't figure out how the 3 Japanese HQ's shown are being supplied. Terauchi appears to be the likely source. He is tracing secondary to primary so it's a railway path. 1 hex is needed since going across China Sea leaving only 3 hexes from Terauchi to the rail. All 3-hex paths I can see run into the ZOC of the chicom INF and are blocked.
Can anyone suggest how Terauchi has supply? Also why does the 5-3 INF near Terauchi show OOS while Terauchi himself is in supply?

Did you use F8 to get all info about supply situation?

I tried to look at the supply info screen yes, but I can't decipher it. Here is save file in case you can tell more.

Might be a refresh issue?
All the Japanese 'central' units are OOS when I loaded that save. As they should be.

I loaded your save, I think you just made the land move so MWIF screen is not showing the correct images, when you advance to the next phase MWIF will correctly update and show the correct information ... I have seen this before
