My opponent has some how maneuvered a Vichy French unit onto an Alpine hex north of Marseilles. It wasn't retreated there, it moved there. On the one hand its CV is only 1; but I can't attack it and if left alone it could play havoc with my supply lines as I have units off screen to the right. I assume when it moves off the Alpine hex it will be restored to its full CV. Is this a known bug?

If I don't remeber bad the bug allows enter the alpine hexes by the rule of 1 hex moved regardless of OP. It costs like 100 OP, your effectiveness drops like a truck and inmediatly are set to "no supply" status.
This said, alpine hexes should be impassable, and thats means that no unit should be able to enter them.
