My new scenario I'm working on with the help of Ernie and Ormand This scenario is based on WW1. All of North America, Europe, the Middle east and Africa are playable.

After the programming has been finished, certain events will activate certain regimes, while the minor regimes will activate once war is declared against them. I have posted some screenshots of my first play testing. The only events which are active now are, manpower, awaken sleeping regimes and put to sleep dead regimes. Have one card active right now, that being the oil card.
