[1.05b1] Blackmail event have opposite effect on ethic then stated

Technically game was started in 1.04b11b.
As you can see on screenshot - event promise to increase my Heart profile if I will pay to blackmailer and decrease it if I will refuse to pay.
But when I'm picking refuse option - I get my Heart profile INCREASED (same happens if I accept too).
Bug was very stable to reproduce through all beta 1.04. Unsure if that's matter but in all cases I had high Fist profile and low Heart profile <30.
#2 Unsure if that's a bug or another obscure mechanic - but declaration of war to minor promise me a +3% to Fist profile when I have low relationship. In reality I'm receiving only +1 to my Fist profile (73->74). What was this?
