Decided to try the AI at the hardest level with non typical Axis moves and see how it turns out. By no means would I try this in a HvH game.
The first video is the Invasion of Poland, Norway and Denmark as an opening.

There is no commentary just game play.

While moving West after Poland, decided to invade Yugoslavia before the Netherlands.

Interesting to note the AI formed a defensive line in front of Belgrade (near the end of the video). Didn't expect that. The AI also at this level seems to either Shatter or hold.
AI Escorts are chipping away at my subs but the subs are still being effective at the moment.

Episode 4: Battle of Yugoslavia continues

Netherlands went as expected. Yugoslavia AI had put up a good fight with help from the weather. Then out of the blue, the AI retreated into the mountains south of Belgrade making it easy to push forward toward their capital.

Notice: Belgium troops retreat from Belgium and are French soil making it easier to take Belgium (time: 2:45 of video)
BEF left France too early, if they stayed longer, France would have lasted longer. (ships remain one turn in the channel, Time: 59:17)
Yugoslavia falls in this video - AI moves troops into the mountains opening up Belgrade to be surrounded.

Axis move further into France and closer to Paris and into Greece.

Timeline: Axis invasions are moving slower than expected. Barbarossa will more than likely start later than planned.

Set up a mini Battle of Britian just for fun for a couple of turns.
Fighters hitting the airfield while medium bombers strike production.

Italy is now in the war. It's job is to clear out Africa with as few German forces as possible.
Moved an Axis invasion force to Morocco ( was suppose to be red sea - didn't realize rule changed. lol)
Will attempt to clear out Africa and secure more oil.
18:09 forgot to set sub force to raider mode, AI demolished the Italian subs. OOPs [:-]

Episode 8: Invasion of Morocco

In this episode, Axis invade Morocco (Vichy North Africa) while in Europe moving troops Eastward towards the USSR. The Italians move inland towards Egypt.
In a turn of events the AI surprises me by declaring war on Vichy Syria. This allows the Axis to move forces into Syria (from Greece) and attack the UK from two fronts. Furthermore, a window has opened up to capture the oil fields in Iraq without going around Africa[&o].

Battle for Egypt Rages on. Troops moving Eastward for USSR invasion. Sept 12, 1941 invasion still has not started and USSR has approx 1400 troops to the German 1300.
