A/C react on shining FC radar from ship

I'm still not very far in LUA so I try a question again. If it's on the forum somewhere please redirect and apologize for the question. If its not possible also glad to hear it.
Would it be possible to have an inbound aircraft turn outbound or go RTB when a Fire Control radar (by radar name) of a ship is turned on? For example when the A/C is within 25 nm. Hoping it makes sense and my text is clear enough to understand, English ain't my native speaking tongue.
