Italy's surrender conditions these days

Can anyone tell me what Italy's surrender conditions are at the minute? Thanks!
They will surrender as per any other Major unless Operation Axis is carried out:
Operation Axis – The German takeover of Italy
If there are at least 3 German units within 15 hexes of Rome when Italy’s National Morale falls below 20%, then Italy may surrender to Germany and have her remaining territory taken over by the Germans.
It is therefore recommended to deploy at least 3 German units in Italy when the Allies are close to invading. It will also be best to place German or Axis Minor units in Tirana and Scutari in Albania before Italy's National Morale falls this low, as otherwise Albanian Partisans will liberate the country when Italy surrenders.
