[1.05b1] Cult persecution calculation wrong

Per the image, the calculation for persecution of cults is incorrect.

Loss of population is greater than the percentage of population indicated. This continues for multiple turns and significantly overstates the cult population.

The previous turn, the zone total was 3,100 (1,100 population) + 2,000 workers). That is 403 Eternity and 155 Mystic. 400 Eternity departed and 200 Mystic departed.

Given the image details, that should leave the percentage of Eternity at 1% and Mystic at 0%.

The magnitude of the error is greater the larger the zone population.

The departures are also not distributed by percentage across the total inhabitants. The player is more likely to lose workers vice population by two-thirds.

As an aside, I guess that the number 24 (in CULT_FOLLOWER: 24) is the program's zone ID number and not zone's name? Needs a fix too.

A larger zone. Of the 12,000 who departed, 7,700 were workers (64%). Workers make up less than 18% of the zone's inhabitants.

Notice the reduction, given the percentage of followership, is also not deterministic. In this case, almost 25% of the cult members departed, but no change in percentage of followership.

Thanks for spotting. It was a rounding error with low follower percentages.
And the big catch is the worker defection. It should have been much lower. Will be fixed in upcoming beta 2.
Big thanks!
