[1.05] Walkout agitator event created population

Had an event about a walkout agitation, chose to investigate and critically succeeded. The event said 1.17 million workers left us and my population increased by that amount.

I strongly guess you did not have 1170000 workers present. I'll check if I can catch a probable arithmetic flaw.
