Several official scenarios where inadvertently designed with a faulty behavior for subs, as one of the missions type defaults to an active radar. IIRC Chains of War is affected for example, where subs will radiate at some point.

Have the scenarios been corrected? Thanks.

I'm unable to help as I haven't played those scenarios yet, but I've found this list made by Eboreg last month:

this problem does seem to be endemic to the Chains of War campaign.

* "Blue Dawn" has radars active on the "Sub North" and "Sub South" missions;
* "God of War" has this problem with the "Active Subs" mission while the "Surge Zone" mission has both surface ships and submarines attached to it meaning that it's probably best to not have the subs inherit their EMCON status;
* "Salvo" is an interesting case since the Charlotte, Oklahoma City, and Hawaii are programmed to have their radars on during peacetime but off during wartime which makes a certain amount of sense so I'm not entirely sure this is an oversight;
* "Okinawa Bound" has this issue with the "USS Hawaii Trak" and "Okinawa Phib Zone" missions on the US-Japan side
* "Showpieces" has almost every Chinese sub patrol with active radars except for "PLAN 330 Trak" and "Sea Control North" and lastly;
* "Air Sea Battle" actually does have every sub patrol with active radars.

I can confirm that this is the case and that it's still present even now. I also recently found out that the updated "Operation Brass Drum" scenario has every Iranian subs' radars on.

Also, a rather in-depth look at the other scenarios shows the every Turkish sub in "Chasing Aphrodite", every Argentine sub in "Southern Fury" as well as "Stand Up", the Chinese subs in "The Tiger and the Dragon", and Israel's INS Leviathan in "Rockstar Calling" have their radars on. There are other scenarios with subs blasting their radars such as India's Foxtrot in "Surface Action Guns" but given the player's capabilities in said scenarios (i.e. lack of ELINTs or submarine attacking capabilities), I feel that this is an acceptable design choice.

Okay guys I think I got them all. There's a LOT of scenarios to check though, so please check out the files available for download here and try to find any I missed before we push this fix to release [:)]

Has anyone had a chance to look at these?

The "Okinawa Phib Zone" mission in Okinawa Bound still has active radars which will lead to the Soryu and the Takashio eating ASW torpedoes before they can pose a threat but otherwise, great work.

Thanks a lot for taking care of this Rory; I actually bought CoW a couple of months ago but was waiting for that fix to play the campaign!
