PBEM Game

Looking for a PBEM/Teamviewer opponent. Teamviewer portions would be played on my computer (for most die rolls, battle etc)
Location --> Vancouver Canada (PST)
Version --> 3.1.0
Experience --> Looking for an experienced intermediate level player. I have played quite a few times but rarely gotten into 1943.
Scenario & Side --> Global War. Prefer Allies but can be Axis
Optional Rules --> Standard Set with some modifications (can negotiate this).
House Rules:
1) Axis can win outright or if they have more than 15 objective cities by the end of Sept/Oct 1945. 15 tie. <15 allies win.
2) USSR/Japan have a non-aggression pact. Each side must have minimum of 5 armies along Manchurian border. To break treaty one must have more than 7:1 ratio in 1939. 6:1 in 1940. 5:1 in 1941. 4:1 in 1942 etc.
3) If play with Oil rules the USA cannot initiate the Oil Embargo on Japan until 35 (rather than 31).
