I noticed that now although all the game texts are in english in my install, the dates (in the left corner, deploy dates) are in my native language (portuguese).

Is there a way to revert it to english ?

That is something I am working on. As I read this I came up with an idea as a work around to the TimeDate class in C# that does this now. I don't know why it does either.
