[1.05b4] AI recreation of OHQ

I destroyed OHQ belonging to AI, it recreated 4 copies of it in it's capital.
If you have an end of turn autosave file of the turn in which you destroyed the OHQ i would very much appreciate it if you could send it to vic@vrdesigns.net
