Supply Sources

I cannot figure out from the mod manual how to add or remove the status of "supply city" from a city. Is there suppose to be a supply source tile to represent this?
Editor -> Resource -> select resource -> toggle supply source
Editor works in 1920x1080. Any smaller resolution you will miss features.
