What Happen to the (TR) Persian Oil to CW?

The Persian oil to the CW seems to have gone missing. Pardon the pun, but what am I missing here?

P.S. Here's a list of all CW oil points, which again doesn't seem to include the trade received (TR) oil that should be coming from Persia.
