Game #178613 has ended in an allied victory thru capture of 100% of axis territory. Now the game keeps coming back to me rather than ending. I could toggle the white flag but it seems to me that shouldn't be necessary. Is there a bug here?

Just resign the game. It comes back so you can look at the final map.
