cannot update older version to 108f

I have an older Case Blue game and cannot update it to version 108f. The error I get is "Unable to download file, An error occurred while trying to open an FTP file." I have gotten this numerous times. I have re-booted the computer and turned off the anti-virus software scanning and firewall, but to no avail. I also tried going to the tech support page, but nothing happens when I select the helpdesk. Does anyone have a solution?
