Can anyone interpret the Morse code signal from the opening screens, and post it here?

TOAW can be the operational art of war, another war game series. BC maybe initials and 03195 a date or scenario?

notice it's not "TOAW" but "TA0(zero,-----)W"; and the last 0 could be falsely identified to be a 9 due to descending volume.
and I have no idea what it is, and I have no idea what the third letter could be.
