Encyclopedia request

Would it be possible to have an ability to write som info of each plane/ship/etc in the game into a txt file (i.e) and this info would then be shown in the encyclopedia of witp under each specific boat/plane? The one in UV is a tad excelsheet kind and adding som history (info of a certain class of cruisers i.e) there would give it som juice.
These writings could then easily be done by modders after teh game is released as long as the ability exists. Dont want anything to delay the release.

I would add this as well:
One of the best older pacific wargames PTO II had biographies for all the generals and admirals. This added such a cool touch to the game and such a historical flavor knowing what these guys did in real life. Heck bios for real wartime aces such as Sakai and others would be icing on the cake. Would this be possible to add to WITP in any way??? Would add tremendous spice and flavor to the game!!!
