I have over 500 hours in this game and I'm getting pretty bored .I want to play new scenarios and mods .But I don't know how to install any .Can anybody help me.

If you download them and install them to here:

C:\Users\[USER NAME]\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - World at War\Campaigns

Just change the user name to match yours.

I'm trying to install the naval mod. Do I just copy the folder where it belongs, or do I need to individually install each part of the mod?

Yes, just copy what you've downloaded and paste it into the Campaigns folder as mentioned above.
