Unable to save server game

I'm using that computer now, so no problem with internet access.
Error kicks up when it is sending the turn.

I have had that occasionaly the last few weeks.
Normally after a few attempts it works, although once I left the game open and it took about an hour, to eventually save.

I am also no able to get into my game. I get the same "new version" and "The Error" errors from a couple of weeks ago.

Support emailed me and told me to re-download and play the turn.
Fortunate as it’s early game and I hadn’t conducted any combat, but some movement got hit with interdiction.

I suspect they had to reset the server and it can’t sync your game’s save file.
I was told to replay my turn from last save when this happened to me a few days ago. :/

I have done super turn for 3h. Then I couldn't save or send.

Someone let me know when it's safe to try this again?
I have the error trying to upload my turn again, just like in the first post (same error).
Last time I was told I had to replay the turn. Just didn't want to re-download the turn now if it's going to do this again.
Apologies to my opponents, hoping to have more gaming time over the holidays if this problem goes away.
