ended turn by mistake

I ended my turn by mistake without making any moves. Is there a way to recover that turn?

yes, you would think i would be more careful. i was playing multiple games and i closed the wrong one

I assume from you inability to multitask your a man[:D] That's the reason I only have one open at a time anyway.
