Tanks should be able to entrench

Right now tanks can't gain entrench and AFAIK they're not affected by it even when using grenadier or infantry formations.

I feel than this should be changed to maybe 50 maximum entrenchment on every terrain (except low mountains) or half of what infantry can entrench, since it has been a tactic than has been used since WW2.

Adding to this, the fact that walkers can entrench is a little puzzling to me.

Seems like it should be reversed given that tanks are low to the ground and walkers are tall.

And with walkers, how would you usefully entrench one? I suppose you could conceal it to get off one ambush, but digging it in? How would that work? I'm picturing a Sentinel from 40k, or like a Battlemech from battletech and honestly can't conceive how one would dig in something like that.

Seems like a tactical issue. I wouldn't call this a tactical level wargame. It requires something like combat engineers too.

The aggregate, entrenchment, is in the game now.
