My first crack at adding new units to include silhouettes. The IDF has some of the most interesting armor and I was able to add some as you can see in the pic for a little Intifada action.

Have rounded out the IDF to include actual upgraded M48A5 (Magach 3) to the Magach 5 standard.

Will you post these in .png format?

I think he means the actual Equipment256.png file and possible the custom eqp file as well.

I see, still adding some units but the IDF is current until about mid 1990. It all started when I wanted to have actual Magach 5/6 ERA, Nagmachon, M113 TOGA and Shot Kal with ERA units in the Lebanon 1982 scenario. Then I started a small Intifada 1990 scenario to explore urban, low intensity warfare with Magach 7 tanks and Achzarit heavy infantry carrier vehicles.

Try this. I trust you know how to rename the eqp file and place in a scenario specific folder? I would because some silhouettes were overwritten to allow for the many IDF units I created for the 1980-90's timeframe. New units are the Magach 5,6,7A,7C, Sho't Kal Dalet, M113 TOGA, M113 Giraf, Achzarit APC, Nagamachon APC and some Fedeyeen units. Some silhouettes were added like the L-33, F-15 and F-16. Enjoy.

Either one. I think you may have posted it in your zip file?

Would be interesting to create a .zip of the individual .png files from this and other mods to create a "library" of alternate silhouettes.

Mods would probably be the best place for a library of the 50x20 .png files.

In individual format so a scenario developer can take the images he wants for a scen and drop them into the Equipment256.png file.

The one I put up here is a beta for the concept.

I have updated the library with your icons to include the L-33, F-15, and F-16. If it is okay by you, I'll post it to the thread in the "mods" forum.

I am still updating this mod and taking advantage of the 23 empty slots in the Equitment256 png to add more IDF gear and change some icons. I know see the location of the mods library and the general format for introducing and uploading the files. I appreciate you showing this to me. I should wrap this up today and I will upload it properly. I appreciate the help on this.
