2 bugs in 1 file - overrun of naval units + prod planning hangs

Hi,
If you try to move the US DIV in W. Africa into Dakar to overrun the Vichy ships there (all roll to escape successfully), then send the Vichy to Ivory Coast, letting the first ship pass by on a high intercept roll (miss), and sinking the 2nd with a low intercept roll, then the 3rd and 4th ships are not overrun and simply sit in port under the US DIV that moves into Dakar.
The 2nd bug is that if you try to open prod planning it hangs.
