NATO's Future Conventional Defense Strategy in Central Europe

A RAND piece from after the Berlin Wall but before the Soviet breakup analyzing what a conflict between a NATO with a unified Germany and a still-intact USSR with no Warsaw Pact could be like. I thought it looked interesting, even if it became outdated very quickly.
