Request: Ability to back up from worldgen dissolution war stage

It's kind of frustrating, at least for me, that the dissolution war stage of worldgen can't be re-rolled. Every other stage can, but if I want a certain kind of outcome for the world I'm playing, especially one that is less likely, it's a bit much to have to completely start over from the beginning. It would be great if there was a re-roll or back button from that screen so we could keep the details we've likely re-rolled 50+ times and not have to start all over.
