I started a new game with 1 city, 1 army rules and the army had 99 units in it (actually 120, but the unit counter doesn't go above 99). I have both images and a link to the save file ready, but I can't post links in the forums yet.

you can post the screenshots on imgur, then copy the image link and use the format of "[img] {/image]" to bypass the only 1 photo limit/200kb size

The problem is that my account doesn't have 10 posts in the forums yet. I also need to wait 7 days after making the 10th post to be able to post links.

If you ask in general chat for an exception to the rule sometimes they grant it.

In theory thats possible, but you must have a lot, exceptional a lot, of starting Populace ?

The planet is Large and has 4,259 million survivors left, with no Survival Stress on (so not that many regimes), maybe that's the cause. The army would definitely cripple any starting regime if the player didn't scrap a lot of its soldiers though, as the game started at tech level 3.

Thats a good planetary populace, but whats the populace of your start Zones?

The starting zone has a populace of 62,900. 56,800 normal pops, 6,100 workers.
