I purchased WITE through the Matrix site and got a steam key. The steam version worked for a long time but stopped recently. I've heard this is not an issue with the version direct from the Matrix site, but it will not download after clicking the link. Is there a known solution to either of these problems?

I have the same issue. I have a steam key but prefer to revert to the matrix version (for ease of launch and beta ver use in multi reasons). However error when downloading from Mypage.
Any idea of what should be done?
