Not sure what these numbers on the production screen mean. They are not explained in the manual, even though the numbers in section below are explained.

Basically dont matter in effect....was found for example that if German oil stores dropped below a certain point it broke the game so changes were made so that effectively raw materials dont matter for either side.

Pretty a-historical but how the game works.

Heavy industry, armaments, rail, and trucks are really all that matter resource wise.

AFAIR first value is the current amount of storage, the value in brackets is the amount required this turn
