[1.05 b14] Super heavy rotor IP cost

The super heavy rotor engine (also the very heavy rotor engine) has a reduced IP cost compared to the lower size engines, I'm sure this is a typo (Unless this is intentional to balance out the cost in machinery?):

And two more things I just noticed where I have no idea if they are bugs or not:

- Helicopters can't load precision bombs, only bomb hatches with singular big payload bombs.

- The fire power of precision bombs is double that of single payloads, despite having the same weight. For example, a 500kg bomb has a fire power of 250, but 10 50kg bombs have a fire power of 500.

Hi,

Indeed less IP because more Machines costs.

Precision bombs require some sort of dive flight which helicopters are considered to not be able to do.

Due to the fact that they are precision bombs they'll do more damage due to better chance to actually hit target.
