Shift Lock - No
Ctrl Lock - No - Is it even a key?[:)]
Ctrl - Yes
Shift - Yes

Caps Lock key only when I have to enter a large string of capitalized letters.
I don't see a Ctrl Lock key on my keyboard.
Num Lock is used on occasion but it isn't a good one to use in program input since it changes how the number pad works.

OK. Totally misunderstood your question but I get it now. Your not talking about keys on a keyboard but the icons (hold shift and hold ctrl) in the menu bar. lol.
Never use them.

Only found out that they existed when I read this thread. I will continue to ignore them.
