Editor Acting Up

So I have been working on a scenario in the editor for a while and recently redid the cities in Canada and Alaska and the strength of the cities seem to be capped for some reason. Furthermore it is different on different sides of Canada and in other areas where I have worked on the map this has not happened.

Hi

I think the difference in resource strengths will be because those on western Canada/Alaska aren't connected by rail to a friendly Capital, Industrial Center or Primary Supply Center.

It is hard to read the image so if I'm wrong let me know, but that would explain it if that is the case.

You can amend the cap itself as they can potentially up to 15, and this can be done in the Editor by going to:

Campaign -> Edit Country Data -> Edit Resource Data

That doesn't seem to be the problem, I will also post some better photos.

As Canada is a Minor without a rail connection to its resources from a friendly Major, then its resources are capped at 5. However, once the US enters the war they will increase in strength to their maximum.

You were right, I thought the US was in the war in this scenario but they were set on 99% mobilization, thanks for helping out
