[1.05b18]Air Attacks have full AP no matter the distance

I noticed the following:
If you fly recon missions, then depending on the distance you fly, it takes different amounts of AP to get there, do the recon and fly back. So if it is relatively close by - and you have enough range - it is possible to do two recon missions in a single turn.
When doing air attacks, there is no difference between attacking two hexes away and attacking at the extreme edge of range of the aircraft. In either case, the full 100AP is available for 10 or 11 rounds of combat. I would expect that similarly to recon missions it would make sense that you expend AP to get to where you are attacking.
So attacking at the extreme edge of range would maybe only give you 2 or 3 rounds of attack, while being close by would give you the full 10 rounds of attack.
