I don't receive e-mails when my opponents finish their turn for a couple of days now.

Opponents do receive theirs

No e-mails in my spam folder and no block on the address.

Sorry to hear about the trouble and your best bet here is to let Matrix Support know as they'll be better positioned to help you with this issue.
