[1.05 b18] A couple Civ Score/Level things

Some more small text issues and questions.

1) When you mouse over your worker happiness, it says "Worker happiness diminished by X points due low zone QOL versus national Civilisation Level.", but the national civilisation level is actually a really small value, because it's subject to a square root. What the workers are actually comparing their QOL to is the national average civilisation score. It might be just a little bit clearer to write it like that?

2) My empire dashboard says my civ level went up by 15 after founding a new zone. Surely this is talking about a rise in the average civ score and not civ level, right? The displayed rise should probably be changed to the actual amount the level rose by.
This probably goes for all 3 of the levels though, not just civ level.

3) Is there actually a way to see what your average civilisation score is anywhere or do you have to manually calculate it from your civ level?

4) I searched through the manual, but couldn't find an answer to this. What civilisation score does a newly founded zone start at? Is it the same score as the previous owner zone had or is it based on the workers who work the asset?
Shouldn't it start with a bit of a lower civ score, so that you have time to build QoL buildings before everyone turns crazy?
