105beta20 Not getting anything when taking a village

I was under the impression that galactic equipment was random fro new villages. There are no other majors so every village I find is new. I have taken 5 villages so far I believe and NO rewards at all.

maybe you are playing on higher difficulty level? less treasure there.

still on beginner but it started sharing after I took a nation.
