The two crime syndicate stratagems Crime Raid and Crackdown on Crime both say in their description that an operational command skill roll will be made, but it seems like it's apparently doing a streetwise skill roll instead, when you play it, looking at the usage points of my director.

Also, it's done by the interior council, shouldn't it be done by the staff council, like the other "use of force" type stratagems like Expel Population?
