[1.06 b1] Asset production icon tooltips

All of the tooltips for these icons in the construction screen here show names that sound like they are straight out of the game code. I think they should be replaced with proper names for the Steam release.
No new player is gonna figure out what "resBonusPoints" are. And seeing terms with "_" in their their name makes people think they're playing a beta.
