I got a request from a faction who doesn't have a leader asking me to recruit their member. At first I though than it was because that faction ceased to exist that turn, however, that wasn't the reason as they're still present.

Think this has already been fixed, but requires a game restart not to happen anymore.
Anyway please do send a savegame to vic@Vrdesigns.net with link to this thread so i can double check that.
