The GR Romulus is a Heavy tank, with 25mm Armor. Making it a heavy tank with "Overpowered" engine.

That somehow seems wrong. A heavy tank should propably carry armor a bit closer to "adequate" engine. A heavy tank optimized for speed seems like a Oxymoron.

Its due balance reasons, otherwise on MP players would have unstoppable machines on early game
