[1.06.07] Ultralights claim to be able to mount rockets, but can't

[s]This is from a game started in version 1.06b2[/s] EDIT: I fired up a fresh scenario and confirmed that this is the case in 1.06.07 as well. The embedded screenshot is from an ultralight aircraft's model details page. The information there claims that it should be able to mount "level 2" rockets. However, in the model design interface, I don't have an option for any air-to-ground rocket weapon at all for ultralights, no matter how much unused weight is available. My other aircraft models are able to mount air-to-ground rockets as expected.
