Way to disable an organization?

I've been watching DasTactic gameplay and he was avoiding selecting a new organization to spend more BP points in the existing ones. Seemed for me that it should just be an option to be able to switch the one from operating not to have to using a trick like that. Is there a way to do so?

I've never tried it, but perhaps by using the national budget and allocating 0% BP to a council that will effectively close the council?
Sort of like what the U.S. Federal government does periodically.

Oh right, good point. So there is no reason not to create a new organization beside losing some PP.

But then dont fill the positon as lowering the budget to 0 decreases massively the relationship to the specific leader

Ok then it made sense to not create a new one. But I would say there is nothing lacking, as there is a way to do that even when you have the organization. And it makes sense that it makes them angry with you :).

You can probably get around that by first relieving the leader of their duty, then lowering funding, then reassigning them to the same job. It would probably still lead to a reduction in relation, but maybe not as high. Actually not sure if leaders get less relation from being assigned to a position that has no funding, but I think it does have an impact on the political power of the leader's faction.
