Maybe I am not understanding the rules, but I can't seem to get supply for Axis units past Sidi Barrani

First, what means Bardia port having 0 supplies of zero ? I suppose that Bardia has a base of zero supplies (so, it gives only basic supply, right ?) and has spent all of the initial 20 points of supply. Is there any way to replenish the supplies in Bardia ?

Second, Tobruk is a level 4 port, controlled by Axis. It has 6 of 80 supplies. OK. But this level of supplies does not extend pass the level 1 to the supply depot of Sidi Barrani, so there is no supply ahead of Sidi Barrani.

What am I missing ?

zero suppies of zero means I forgot to give Bardia a port value.....

In fact several ports have no value.

How did beta testing miss this?

I see you have uploaded a new NA scenario, right ? With port values corrected.

I noticed though that the 2 Allied HQ that start on the east edge of the map are still out of supply at start.
