[1.06b10]PW and PBEM option unselected after restart

This has been the case for a long time - and is really irritating! When creating a new game, I quite often restart the planet generation. All other options on this screen keep their setting - except this one.
It has cost quite a lot of lost time due to having to redo everything again ...
