IT IS NOW SAFE FOR ME TO USE A TEXT BASED PATCHER Red led has provided, all mods should be patched like this

The second program is for modders to extract from a mech.exe data that is differrent from another mech.exe like an unpatched mech.exe, then the modder can post the data list, so now people can mod there own mech.exe rather than downloading an exe file.

I wanted to make these two programs simple to read and follow, so old timers can understand them a bit.
